Kay so if you are browsing around Amazon and decide you want to purchase an audio book, you often have the option to get it for free if you sign up for audible.com's free 30-day trial. So that's cool. If you cancel before the end of the 30 day period, no biggie, you've just earned yourself a free audio book and didn't have to pay squat. However, if you let the trial lapse, they charge you $14.99. Bugger, right? Wrong. You get 2 "credits" for doing this. Credits are essentially audible's cyber cash. Each credit will buy you one full audio book. So here's what I did: I signed up for the trail and got 1 free book, then I let my trail run out and paid the $14.99, then I got my 2 credits and purchased 2 more books, then I canceled my membership before the next month's charge. I ended up paying $14.99 for 3 audio books that were, in total, worth about $60. Pretty sweet, huh? Link below:
I'm not sure how many of us plan to use Adobe photoshop, but some of our family members may want it. I just purchased it for my mom for 60% off with my student email! It's only $19.99 per month for students. I felt like I helped out and Mama was pleased :) Link below:
